1. Business hours

• Monday and Saturday: 10:00 – 18:00

• Tuesday to Friday: 9:00 – 18:00

• Sunday: 10:00 – 17:00

• It is not possible to return bikes after closing time.

2. Deposit

• We require a security deposit for each bike that you rent. The deposit is cash only and differs based on the type of bicycle you want to rent.

• Deposit for regular bicycles: €50 per bike;

• Deposit for electric bicycles: €200 per bike;

• Deposit for tandems: €150 per bike.

3. Responsibility for damage and theft

• The tenant is responsible for any damage or theft that occurs during the rental period.

• In case of theft, you will be charged €400,- (€900 in case of e-bikes, tandems: €500) for replacing the bicycle.

• The amount due in case of damages is related to the costs involved in repairing it.

• In the unfortunate event of a stolen bicycle, it is your responsibility to report this to the police. Rentabikerotterdam is to receive a copy of the declaration given at the police station.

4. Locking the bicycle

• Each bike is equipped with two locks: a built-in wheel lock and an additional padlock. We strongly advise always locking the bike, even when you leave the bicycle for a short period of time.

5. General

• "Same day" in our "back on the same day" offer means the same day on which the bike is rented.
